Regular-priced merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt and returned in new, unworn, and resalable condition with the original box or packaging.

Eligible returns may be exchanged or issued as store credit.

Refunds

We do not refund money back to cash, debit cards, credit cards, or any other form of payment. Eligible returns may be exchanged or issued as store credit only.

Sale Merchandise

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards purchased at Trendy Shoes can only be redeemed at Trendy Shoes and cannot be used at Trendys Clothing Ltd.
• Gift cards purchased at Trendys Clothing Ltd. can only be redeemed at Trendys Clothing Ltd. and cannot be used at Trendy Shoes.

Holiday Purchases

To make holiday shopping easier, an extended exchange period may be offered during the Christmas season. Details of any holiday exchange extension will be communicated in store and on our social media channels.

Store Credit

Store credits do not expire.
